Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshoot pumps, motors, compressors, and other plant equipment.
  • Fabricate and replace piping systems accurately.
  • Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
  • Install and repair electrical circuits, control panels, and instrumentation.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely.
  • Read and follow manuals, drawings, and specifications.
  • Apply all safety practices and use protective equipment.

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a chemical plant.
  • Strong mechanical skills (mechanical aptitude test required).
  • Ability to repair pumps, motors, and other equipment.
  • Welding skills (Stick, TIG, MIG); certifications are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good math and measuring skills for fabrication work.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate well.
