A Senior Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing complex production schedules for large-scale projects or manufacturing operations. They analyze demand forecasts, resource availability, and project timelines to create efficient schedules that optimize productivity and minimize delays. Senior Master Schedulers work closely with various departments, such as production, procurement, and project management, to ensure all activities are aligned and deadlines are met. Their role is crucial for maintaining workflow continuity, meeting customer delivery commitments, and improving overall operational efficiency.
