Integrated Logistics Senior Procurement Manager

The Senior Procurement Manager leads procurement activities for Integrated Logistics customers by creating and managing sourcing strategies for logistics service providers (LSPs). The role involves studying the market, assessing supplier capabilities, and staying informed about global LSP trends to keep costs competitive and services efficient.
How you create impact
  • Lead analysis of transport market data, supplier capabilities, and operational constraints to determine root causes, evaluate risks and strategic opportunities
  • Drives the development of advanced sourcing solutions, including alternative LSP strategies, long-term corrective actions, and process improvements
  • Anticipates sourcing, contractual, and market-driven challenges that may impact cost, service, or compliance, and proactively implements mitigation plans
  • Partners with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to implement solutions and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Lead the design and execution of procurement strategies and communication plans for specific Customers
  • Oversee and negotiate customer-specific agreements with transport providers (contracts, rates, etc.) and suggest alternatives when needed
  • Develop and maintain standard contractual documents (e.g., MLSA, NDA) in cooperation with Legal and Compliance teams
  • Assure that procurement processes are properly followed and that related documentation is stored in the designated share folders
  • Strengthen the company's value proposition by leveraging cross-customer insights, best practices, and strategic procurement expertise
  • Provide high-level market analysis, benchmarking, and strategic reporting to guide senior management and support informed business decisions
  • Build and lead strategic relationships with key transport providers, ensuring long-term alignment, performance growth, and partnership development
  • Identify, assess, and onboard new transport partners to support expansion, innovation, and capability enhancement
  • Lead major procurement projects and RFQ processes for designated transport mode driving and ensuring seamless execution and strong collaboration with global sourcing team execution (NSCE)
  • Plan and organize NSCE working plan to be sur that resourced are available and suggest priorities to guarantee the timeline respect of the different projects

What we would like you to bring
  • Proven track record in logistics operations (more than 6 years)
  • Demonstrating strong expertise in managing complex, multi-market environments
  • Deep understanding of all modes of transport with proven capability to optimize multimodal logistics solutions
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite and other digital tool
  • Efficient communication with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Extensive experience leading RFQs, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and strategic procurement reviews
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Social competence for relationship management with partners and customers
  • Highly process-driven mindset with strong organizational discipline, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all procurement activities
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Formal education in logistics or supply chain management with a very good understanding of the multi modal forwarding business
