GreenLight Studios (GLStudios) supports GLMM's creative development with fully capable production departments (Video, Experiential, and Digital/Social) by helping usher in projects from concept to the delivery phase. We collaborate with clients like Under Armour, Hyundai, Ultimate Ears and Intel to tell compelling stories.
Job Description
The Sr. Agency Broadcast & New Media Producer manages, and produces any and all types of video projects (in-house, in-sourced, or out-sourced). This producer works closely with creative teams, as well as account executives when appropriate, to create and produce each individual brand experience. The position makes sure the right resources, people, policies and procedures are in place in order to successfully operate and manage the video + post production department (GLPost) within GLStudios. This position ensures that the output for all video projects at GreenLight match the respective creative and brand vision for each and are delivered at the highest standards of quality that accurately reflect GreenLight Studios/GreenLight Media & Marketing as a world class and award winning producer of branded content.
The Sr. Agency Broadcast & New Media Producer is responsible for all video/film/broadcast production and GLPost projects. The management of video production and GLPost project responsibilities includes: responsible leadership to the group/projects , day-to-day management of video assets, contributing to the integrated production database, continuous optimization of interdepartmental and intradepartmental communications and processes, and industry outreach. Supervising production management responsibilities include all aspects of video production: from development through delivery, wrapping, and archiving.
The Sr. Agency Broadcast & New Media Producer is the project leader and enforcer of the video production process in delivering video/film/broadcast solutions that leverage the most innovative and impactful content for our clients.
This position warrants a "can-do" team attitude first to be an effective and capable organization within GreenLight Media & Marketing family. This position is that of a flexible, creative, dedicated, collaborative, and capable; producer and manager. The Sr. Agency Broadcast & New Media Producer reports to the Head of Integrated Production.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Sr. Agency Broadcast & New Media Producer that is ready to step it up.
* 9+ years' experience in Broadcast as an Agency Producer, Post production and Line Producing a plus.
* Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment and be able to make decisions on the fly.
* Great communication skills, a can-do attitude, and collaborative working style are vital.
* Evening and weekend work may be required.
* Proficiency with MS Office suite, Filemaker Pro, Showbiz Budgeting and Actualization a plus.
* Must have the desire to work in a creative, demanding, competitive environment, while having superior attention to detail; focused.
* Must be an innovative thinker, should have experience with creative writing and content development.
* Savviness with working and collaborating alongside multiple stakeholders and the ability to share ownership of projects.
* Must have the legal right to work in the US.
