Multi-Line Producer (Full-Time | Sales) We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Multi-Line Producer to join our sales team. In this role, you'll generate new business and manage client relationships across Commercial, Personal Lines, and Health & Benefits insurance. If you're a self-starter who thrives on prospecting, building lasting client connections, and delivering real risk management value — we want to hear from you.

What You'll DoSales & Business Development Identify target market segments and develop prospecting strategies to achieve sales goals Make prospecting calls independently and as directed to grow your book of business Actively participate in trade associations and professional organizations within targeted industries Represent our agency and the insurance industry positively within the community Client & Account Management Gather and complete insurance applications and coordinate with internal teams to market accounts with carriers Provide risk management advice and insurance guidance to prospects and clients Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and identify evolving coverage needs Deliver policies to clients promptly upon receipt from service personnel Carrier & Internal Coordination Partner with Account Managers and Marketing Specialists to negotiate pricing, coverage terms, and prepare proposals Ensure business is written accurately and in compliance with agency and carrier guidelines Coordinate with Accounting to support timely premium collection and resolve billing issues Collaborate with Claims Specialists to facilitate prompt, effective claim resolution Growth & Development Cross-sell additional lines including personal lines, bonds, financial services, and Health & Benefits Pursue ongoing professional development through education, designations, and industry involvement What We're Looking For College degree preferred; professional insurance designation encouraged Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry Active Texas Property & Casualty License and Group I License required Strong knowledge of insurance coverages and their applications Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close sales Self-motivated, organized, and professional Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability and willingness to travel as needed What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of new business and revenue goals across multiple lines Profitable, well-structured accounts with appropriate coverage and pricing Strong, collaborative relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams Effective cross-selling and meaningful account growth This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
