The role

You will:

  • support transactions involving equipment, software, connectivity and third-party services;
  • advise on issues including service levels, warranties, indemnities, intellectual property, data, cybersecurity and supplier risk;
  • manage matters from initial structuring through negotiation and execution;
  • work closely with business teams to provide clear, practical advice; and
  • help improve contracting processes, templates and playbooks as the business grows.

The person

We would like to speak with lawyers who offer:

  • at least 8 yearsโ€™ relevant experience;
  • substantial experience negotiating complex technology, procurement or commercial agreements;
  • exposure to a range of software, equipment, connectivity or services arrangements;
  • experience supporting the data-centre or renewable-energy sectors would be particularly valuable;
  • strong commercial judgement and the confidence to work autonomously; and
