WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • The Senior Manager, Genesis Regional Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing & managing all regional marketing activities within the designated Genesis Region.
  • These oversite activities include, but are not limited to, Tier 2 Retailer Advertising Associations, Retail Digital Marketing, Internet Lead and High Value Actions performance and analysis, Market Support Program (MSP) Initiative & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Managed Genesis Retailer Ad Associations (RMAP) across the region, driving retailer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyzed lead performance data and implemented strategies to improve retailer and regional lead management results.
  • Partnered with National Retail Marketing to align retailer lead-generation and Certified Website programs.
  • Oversaw execution of the Genesis Retailer Co-op Program and ensured equitable distribution of co-op funds.
  • Supported Retail Digital Strategy Consulting initiatives to enhance retailer digital marketing performance.
  • Led regional Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, including Genesis Gives and the Genesis Inspiration Foundation.
  • Ensured compliance of all Tier 3 retailer advertising with Genesis brand standards and advertising policies.
  • Collaborated with National Office teams to develop, implement, and administer Market Support Programs (MSP).
  • Processed MSP payments and resolved retailer payment and incentive-related issues.
  • Managed departmental budgets and maintained expenses within approved guidelines.
  • Planned and executed regional organizational meetings and events.
  • Supported Regional General Manager with governance processes, including OCM and PRM activities.
  • Served as the primary liaison between Market Managers, dealership personnel, and the National Incentives team.
  • Maintained expertise in national and regional incentive programs to support retailer performance.
  • Provided team leadership, employee development, and budget oversight as required.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Eight years wholesale related automotive experienced desired with demonstrated abilities in direct dealer contacts.
  • Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
  • Compensation Range: $114,800 - $164,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
