We are seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic learning solutions that support employee performance and organizational growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a learning professional who enjoys serving as a learning consultant and curriculum architect, partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Training teams to create scalable and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise learning programs, curricula, and learning pathways.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
  • Design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning experiences.
  • Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, job aids, and performance support resources.
  • Lead complex learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts as a learning consultant.
  • Establish instructional design standards, templates, and development processes.
  • Lead digital learning initiatives and evaluate emerging learning technologies.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on data, feedback, and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, corporate learning, or learning and development.
  • Extensive experience designing instructor-led and digital learning programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Experience leading large-scale learning projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong consulting, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple areas of an organization
