  • Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) required (FL-preferred, otherwise must attain Florida License within 6-months of employment)
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional, licensed landscape architecture experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong experience leading municipal or public-sector projects
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D or Revit preferred
  • Proficiency with SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or similar visualization tools
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with GIS tools and project management software preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Work Environment & Schedule
  • In-office for the first six (6) months; hybrid work arrangement available thereafter
  • Office-based leadership and design work combined with regular field visits
  • Frequent travel to project sites, client meetings, and stakeholder engagements

What We Offer
  • Leadership role on meaningful, community-impacting projects
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
  • Opportunity to mentor and shape the next generation of designers
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • Professional growth, leadership development, and advancement opportunities
