Pay Range

Base: $135,000.00 โ€“ $200,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, sharing specialized knowledge and insights within the business unit.
  • Make recommendations to improve internal processes and department procedures.
  • Identify and communicate business opportunities for both clients and the firm.
  • Monitor industry trends, identify client issues, and proactively present solution options to management and the team.
  • Oversee and review engagement deliverables to ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
  • Partner with firm leadership on business development, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Qualified Plan needs and related client requirements.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff through regular performance feedback, training, and evaluations.
  • Foster a teamโ€‘oriented culture, support management decisions, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Active CPA license (or equivalent certification) required and must be maintained.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in relevant tax and accounting technology tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel based on business needs.
