Job description

Our Sous Chefs assist in preparing all food to the highest standards with thoughtfully designed menus often for multiple dining venues. Ensures excellent sanitation and cleanliness at all times.

Location: Balfour Central Park | 2979 Uinta St, Denver, CO 80238

Schedule: Full-time | 10 AM to 6 PM | Tuesday-Saturday

Pay: $24-$25/hour (depending on experience)

What will I do every day?

  • Assists with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients and
    scratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes
  • Assists in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares,
    equipment and supplies
  • Assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule
  • Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
  • Train and develop new kitchen associates

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Be a high school graduate (preferred)
  • Have 3 years of professional culinary experience
  • 1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
