Job Summary
The Manager of Inventory Analytics & S&OE will lead a team of inventory analysts in a strategic leadership role dedicated to driving operational excellence, mitigating risk, and ensuring on-time serviceability to customers. Serving as the critical bridge between supply planning, cross-functional partners, and executive leadership, this role leads the S&OE process to balance supply and demand and navigate network constraints. Beyond process governance, this leader is responsible for building a culture of collaboration, actively coaching and developing a high-performing team, and guiding data-driven decision-making to continuously accelerate organizational maturity and operational success.

Associate Responsibilities
  • Inspire, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering an inclusive environment that supports strong performance, professional growth, and team engagement.
  • Lead and facilitate the S&OE process, driving weekly meetings to identify key risks and opportunities for current and upcoming seasons while continuously working to evolve and accelerate S&OE maturity.
  • Build and leverage strong cross-functional relationships to influence decision-making, support change management, and drive collaborative solutions across the organization.
  • Partner with Supply Planning leadership to thoroughly understand network constraints, working cross-functionally to align on capacity prioritization and ensure effective supply/demand matching.
  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively, collaborating across teams to mitigate issues, drive action plans, and ultimately working to improve on-time serviceability to customers.
  • Communicate effectively to cross-functional partners via the S&OE process, ensuring clear visibility into business impacts, setting expectations, and defining clear next steps and actions for each functional area.
  • Provide cross-functional support for broader S&OE activities, managing the critical inputs and outputs that feed into the overarching SIOP process.
  • Facilitate the S&OE forum, effectively bridging the gap between operational execution and executive strategy to provide senior leadership with clear visibility and drive actionable, executive-level decision-making.

Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of related experience

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a planning or forecasting field; in addition to 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to ensure clear visibility and aligned expectations across all functional areas.
  • Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing a team of direct reports, with a strong focus on fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and influence cross-functional decision-making without always having direct authority.
  • Ability to identify gaps in current processes and leverage best practices to accelerate organizational maturity (specifically within S&OE).
  • Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, delegate work and concurrently manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks, forecast surplus or shortfalls, and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite and Planning tools) with advanced Excel skills.
  • Retail or Wholesale Planning Solution experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Typical office environment; cubicle/office setting
  • Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required
  • Travel required, may be up to 20% of time
  • This position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.
