What does a Senior Interior Design Project Manager do?

A Senior Interior Design Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from conception to completion. They lead design teams, manage client communications, ensure the project aligns with budgets and timelines, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors. How does a Senior Interior Design Project Manager typically balance creative vision with project constraints such as budget and timeline?

A Senior Interior Design Project Manager is often responsible for finding the right balance between delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions and managing client expectations regarding budget and schedule.
