What does a senior interior design project manager do?

A Senior Interior Design Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from conception to completion. They lead design teams, manage client communications, ensure the project aligns with budgets and timelines, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors. Their role also involves problem-solving, maintaining design quality, and ensuring the finished space meets both client needs and regulatory requirements.
