We bring architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture together under one roof, and we believe that integration among design disciplines is essential to meaningful work. We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Interior Designer with 7–10 years of professional experience, particularly in hospitality and corporate interior environments. Our studio offers the opportunity to work across a range of project types—including hospitality, workplace, restaurants, and retail—within a collaborative, design-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, polished technical skills, and a passion for crafting thoughtful, high-performing interior spaces. You should be comfortable taking on meaningful responsibility from early concept through construction documentation. Responsibilities Additional requirements are as follows: Contribute to collaborative project teams with an emphasis on creative co-creation Develop drawing sets, presentation packages, and concept narratives Participate in FF&E selection, procurement specifications, and material palettes Conduct research and develop construction details, specifications, and technical documentation Participate in internal and client-facing project meetings Support on-site construction observation through reviews, analyses, and documentation Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree from a 4-year CIDA-accredited Interior Design program (or equivalent) 7–10 years of interior design experience, with a strong portfolio in hospitality and/or corporate interiors Licensed Interior Designer or actively pursuing licensure Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and 3D modeling programs (e.g., Lumion) Excellence in concept development, spatial planning, and construction documentation Experience working across multiple project types and design approaches Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and visual communication skills Effective organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience preparing FF&E specifications Knowledge of building codes and ADA regulations WHY 3NORTH?
