Job description

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN or Remote

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

About Healthpilot:

Healthpilot is an AI-enabled Medicare brokerage on a mission to help people find the right plan and then get the most out of it. We combine a personalized digital enrollment experience with AI-driven plan recommendations, and we're obsessed with using data to improve outcomes for our members, partners, and carriers.

About The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to step into a high-impact role supporting needs across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working autonomously, and loves turning data into actionable insights that improve business performance.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Own product, call center, and marketing reporting โ€” dashboards, KPIs, A/B test analysis, and ad hoc requests

  • Lead enrollment and revenue reconciliation โ€” ingesting carrier files, mapping to our book of business, and tracking approvals and payments

  • Produce partner reporting on a recurring cadence

  • Dig into member engagement and utilization data to surface healthcare-level insights

  • Help build carrier and partner-facing reporting that goes beyond enrollment โ€” think plan performance, member behavior, and population health signals

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

  • Strong in SQL (you write it daily and comfortably).

  • Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or equivalent.

  • Self-starter with strong prioritization and communication skillsโ€”you know how to figure out whatโ€™s important without a roadmap.

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience partnering with product, marketing, operations, and/or finance teams.

  • Leverage AI tools to increase productivity

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in healthtech, insurtech, or regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with Python, dbt, or data modeling concepts.

  • Experience supporting enrollment flows or lifecycle marketing data.

Healthpilot is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
