360 Privacy is a leading SaaS company committed to protecting digital privacy for high-profile individuals and organizations. Our platform enables privacy, security, and anonymity online.
The Data Protection Analyst
Expect to hit the ground running by leveraging proprietary technology to enumerate, analyze, and act on alerts within the 360 Privacy platform. The individual will work within the Security Operations Team, interacting with other teams in 360, and in some cases, our clients. This role is 100% in-person onsite 5 days a week in Brentwood, TN.
The Role
  • Entry-level position focused on open and deep web PII exposures.
  • On-site supporting client protection by leveraging technology and expertise to reduce PII exposure, mitigate risk, and provide basic vulnerability assessments as required.
  • Be a team player with a team-focused mentality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analyze and act on alerts and results within proprietary technology.
  • Learn and incorporate 360 Privacy intelligence and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) into daily workflows.
  • Document and interface with our engineer team on product feedback, features and enhancements for the proprietary technology.
  • Multitask ongoing activities in a dynamic environment while producing accurate and timely protection results.

Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Digital native, with internet navigation required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Internet Explorer).
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions.
    • Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
    • Ability to work in-person, this is not a remote role.
    • Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Required Education / Experience:
    • Bachelors degree or 2-3 years of experience supporting technology-enabled operational processes.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • B.S. in Information Technology or related field and/or experience working in a corporate security environment.

Compensation
  • The salary for this role is $55,000 per year.
