Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive member engagement, loan and deposit growth, product adoption, and member retention. Partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven marketing initiatives, support product launches and enhancements, optimize acquisition and engagement efforts, and contribute to achieving the organization's strategic growth objectives.

This position is expected to be hybrid. 

NYC Salary Range - $95,880 - $103,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

What you'll do

  • Plan, develop, and execute product and growth marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive marketing campaigns that translate new products, features, and interest rate pricing into benefit-driven market positioning in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with business development to build targeted marketing strategies to drive member acquisition and product adoption amongst new and existing organizations within field of membership.
  • Infuse new membership acquisition and product growth opportunities into marketing initiatives to achieve organizational goals for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing analytics team to leverage advanced audience segmentation, and predictive signals to target appropriate members and prospects with relevant and timely next best action offers.
  • Partner with the analytics team to establish ROI measurement frameworks that assess marketing effectiveness and business impact.
  • Continuously improve performance of campaigns through use of outcomes from A/B testing on copy, creative assets, audience, and offers.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies that guide members through the sales funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCU's Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.
What we're seeking
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing financial products or services to consumers
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel and multi-product marketing campaigns across paid and owned media
  • Experience using digital ad platforms (i.e. The Trade Desk, Google Display) with exposure to lookalike audience modeling as well as demographic, geographic, and interest-based audience selection attributes
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, flexible, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
