A day in the life.

As our Account Manager on the Aviation team, you'll work within a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. You'll support the team by maintaining information in the client management system, issuing Certificates of Insurance, supporting the renewal process, handling change requests, invoicing and accounting related processes and other client needs as they arise. Be knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

  • You are adaptable, flexible and love to learn.

  • You hold a Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Three - Five years of industry specific experience
  • High School diploma
  • Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts; including excellent written and verbal communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple systems.
  • Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters
  • Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $91,300.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
