Your shift, your impact

Join Foreman Tool and Mold as an Injection Molding Process Specialist and keep production humming for our automotive and switch components. We’re adding experienced Process and Set Up Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shift in a clean, safe, and growing operation.

Compensation

$28–$34/hr based on experience

A day in the life

You clock in and take ownership of your press. You set the mold, dial in the process, program the robot, and manage start-ups. When something’s off, you troubleshoot quickly—mechanically and through the process—keeping quality and uptime on target. You reference prints, verify setup sheets, and partner with teammates to deliver parts right the first time.

What you’ll handle
  • Set up molds and establish stable processes
  • Complete robot programming and manage start-ups
  • Apply past injection molding experience to optimize cycle times and quality
  • Use mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve issues fast
  • Read and interpret blueprints to verify product requirements
Schedule
  • We operate Monday–Friday
  • 2nd shift: 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm
  • Openings currently on 2nd shift; 3rd shift hiring as well
