Job description

  • Act as a strategic partner to IT and business leadership, translating business strategies into technology roadmaps
  • Optimize delivery of projects and project portfolios for business value and organizational alignment
  • Analyze and optimize project costs, resources, technologies, and processes
  • Champion Agile transformation and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead initiatives from concept through launch, including design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation
  • Deliver infrastructure and InfoSec project portfolios, including office network and A/V buildouts, moves, and expansions
  • Operationalize projects within ITSM, business continuity/disaster recovery, and the Global Tech Support Desk
  • Implement security solutions while meeting deadlines, budgets, and data-protection standards
  • Assess project risks and support information-security governance
  • Coordinate internal IT teams, third-party contractors, and security consultants
  • Allocate resources and optimize project portfolios
  • Drive project intake, governance, prioritization, sequencing, capacity planning, and portfolio intelligence
  • Evaluate and track project benefits and communicate project and portfolio progress
  • Manage portfolio risks, dependencies, critical paths, scope, schedules, and costs

Requirements
  • 7โ€“10+ years of IT project management experience, specifically leading IT project portfolios
  • PMP certification required
  • Additional certifications such as CSM, ITIL, or equivalent strongly encouraged
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related technical field
  • Jira and Confluence required
  • Experience in digital infrastructure and physical office construction/moves
  • Deep understanding of networking, server environments, cloud migrations, and A/V systems
  • Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with information security and infrastructure
  • CISSP highly desirable
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Proven delivery of large-scale, high-risk IT programs on time, within scope, and within budget
