Eklego is excited to assist Three Pillars in the recruitment of a dedicated and compassionate RN Manager for Skilled Nursing and Infection Preventionist to join a team of professionals working in Dousman, WI. This direct hire opportunity has a Monday-Friday Day shift schedule with rotating on-call weekends.

What will I do as an RN Manager?

  • Assume responsibility for Infection prevention for 50 bed skilled nursing facility, supervision and evaluation of nursing care for the 36 long term care beds at Masonic Health Care Center Actively manage and participate in the admission/discharge process.
  • Under the Director of Nursing, supervise and evaluate licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel.
  • Assist the physician in giving pertinent medical attention and care to residents in a family-like atmosphere.
  • Coordinate clinical training for Nursing Department staff per regulations and facility needs. Respond in emergency situations to assure resident/staff safety and security.
  • Oversee the Assessment, plan, develop, and help facilitate the ongoing infection control program for entire campus.
  • Develop and provide education to all necessary staff on precautions and infection prevention to ensure all residents are safe from exposure.

Requires:

  • Minimum education, certification and/or licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin, BSN preferred.
  • Must have valid CPR, and infection control (CIC) certification.
  • Experience: Previous geriatric experience and two or more years supervisory experience.
