About the Senior Inbound Inside Sales Representative:
The Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and supporting the development of the sales team. This role requires a proven track record of performance, strategic input, and the ability to mentor and develop team members. The Senior ISR will manage pipelines, grow existing customer relationships, and contribute to strategic outreach initiatives

Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid

What Will You Do?

  • Execute versus a monthly/quarterly target in the small to medium enterprise segment

  • Manage a flow of inbound leads across a number of channels, driving pipeline and delivering against a set of KPIs to close new business

  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Mailchimp product suite, with the capacity to minimize the sales cycle through a chosen sales methodology

  • Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client's value proposition

  • Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups

  • Execute effective sales strategies to maximize the conversion of leads into paying customers

  • Provide effective account management to support customer's technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements

  • Collaborate with the leadership team and our client to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Support management in the development and enablement of the team through workshops, teach-backs, side-by-sides, and shadowing.

  • Deliver weekly team insights to management, including Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Employee (VoE) feedback.

  • Cover Account Executives' (AE) absence for high-value deals when required.

  • Work on leads with a higher contact size remit or specific senior ISR campaigns.

  • Drive revenue from strategic outreach and sales process initiatives.

  • Manage specific Team Lead (TL) tasks when/if required.
