About the Vertical Sales Specialist:

MarketStarcurrently has an opening foraVertical SalesSpecialist with ourgrowingteam. This role will be part oftheB2B Mobility business. AsaVertical SalesSpecialist,you willberesponsible forvertical account management as it pertains to the corresponding vertical team. You will alsounderstand and promote the vision, goals, and strategies for the SamsungMobilityproduct line, acting as a subject matter expert across various sales motions in theB2B andValue AddedReseller space.

  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes verticales internes de Samsung pour aligner la strategie et les priorites

  • Gerer les comptes cles au sein des verticales assignees afin de creer des opportunites de vente et fournir un soutien aux comptes, tant aupres des utilisateurs finaux que des revendeurs

  • Collaborer avec les representants du client pour soutenir les efforts de vente et stimuler les revenus supplementaires

  • Agir a titre de defenseur des produits et services du client en suscitant l'interet et la sensibilisation a la proposition de valeur du client

  • Developper et renforcer les relations existantes par le soutien aux ventes et le renforcement des capacites commerciales

  • Assister les ingenieurs du client dans les conversations de preuve de concept

  • Aider de maniere constante les representants du client a batir et gerer un pipeline de ventes grace a l'utilisation du CRM

  • S'assurer que tous les processus d'affaires et les politiques en soutien aux representants du client sont suivis avec precision, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, l'utilisation des systemes, la methodologie de vente, les normes de communication, etc.

  • Effectuer des appels telephoniques et des courriels sortants quotidiens, contacter les decideurs, etablir rapidement un rapport, evaluer les besoins et aider a conclure les ventes

  • Effectuer des activites de vente directe aupres de petits comptes par le biais de strategies d'appels a froid ou a chaud

  • Participer a des salons professionnels B2B selon les besoins

What will you do?

  • Work closely with internal vertical teams toalignstrategy and focus

  • Manage key accounts within their assigned verticals to create sales opportunities and provide account support as needed with both end users and resellers

  • Work with client reps to support sales efforts and drive incrementalrevenue

  • Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client's valueproposition

  • Engage and grow existing relationships through sale support andenablement

  • Assistclient engineers with Proof-of-Conceptconversations

  • Consistently help client reps build and manage a sales pipeline through CRMutilization

  • Ensure all business processes and policies in support of client reps are followed with precision, including but not limited to systems use, salesmethodology, communication standards, etc.

  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport, assessneedsandassistin closingsales

  • Execute direct sales outreach to small accounts via cold or warm calling strategies.

  • Participate in B2B trade shows asrequired

Quelles competences vous permettront de reussir?

  • Communiquer efficacement, a l'ecrit et a l'oral, avec les comptes, les clients et la direction

  • Comprehension solide du canal de distribution TI et capacite d'apprentissage rapide

What will you need to succeed?

  • StrongexperienceinB2B orIT Channel managementpreferred,or other ITSalesrelated positions(Sales representative at acarrier,reseller, marketing,etc...)

  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written

  • Understanding ofthe IT Mobilitybusiness with ability to communicate key selling features and benefits with key decisionmakers

70 000,00 $ - 82 000,00 $ CAD

L'echelle salariale pour ce poste se situe entre 70 000,00 $ et 76 000,00 $ CAD annuellement.
