Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

A fast-growing medical data company based in Boston is developing next-generation solutions at the intersection of AI, medical imaging, and regulatory-grade software. Their mission is to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes by harnessing real-time data and machine learning in regulated clinical environments.

About the Role

They are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to help deliver FDA-compliant, AI-enabled applications that shape the future of digital health. The role involves developing medical device imaging systems based on visible and near-infrared imaging. The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Systems Engineering. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and excited to work in a dynamic, start-up environment.

Skills Required

  • Expertise in .NET / Visual Studio – Strong proficiency in C++, C#
  • Experience with Image Processing using OpenCV, MATLAB, CUDA
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson Platform
  • Proficient with Git, JIRA, and modern version control/devops tools
