Job description

The Sr HR Specialist supports the people and HR execution of largescale organizational transformation initiatives and regular HR Programs within Waters. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver complex change across a global operations footprint.

Based in Milford MA, this role requires a strong program leader who can independently drive timelines, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure accountability across multiple workstreams.


  • Lead the planning and execution of complex HR programs supporting enterprise initiatives.
    Own program governance, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution cadence.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to manage people impacts and execution risks.
  • Interface regularly with business leaders to provide updates, drive alignment, and resolve issues.
  • Use a strong, confident voice to keep stakeholders accountable to commitments and timelines.
  • Prepare executiveready materials and presentations communicating progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Analyze workforce and program data to support informed decisionmaking and timely course correction.
  • Apply and continuously improve HR transformation and change execution practices in a regulated, operationsfocused environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR program management, transformation, or largescale organizational change.
  • Experience supporting workforce transitions.
  • Experience working in operationsdriven, multisite, global organizations (manufacturing, life sciences, or similar).
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
