What You Will Do

  • Field Work: Conduct field-based risk assessments and prepare clear, data-driven reports with practical mitigation recommendations to improve safety performance and ensure regulatory compliance. Execute HSE initiatives and programs that protect employees and strengthen operational safety.

  • Program Management: Partner with senior HSE leadership to develop, enhance, and maintain key health and safety programs in alignment with Panduit's Health & Safety Manual and applicable regulations. Implement program updates and ensure ongoing compliance across all operations.

  • Training: Lead engaging, in-person training and certification programs that build safety capability across the organization. Review and refine training content to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business needs.

  • Projects: Support and lead special HSE projects across domestic and international sites, identifying and mitigating safety, environmental, and security risks while contributing to broader business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Will Bring

  • Education:High school diplomarequired. Associate's degree preferred.

  • Experience:2-4 years in health safety environmental capacity, manufacturing, production, medical

  • Leadership Experience:Experience leading teams with multiple direct reports.

  • Certification:ISO9000 Lead Auditor
