Job description

Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to provide advanced data analytics and project management support for federal healthcare initiatives. The analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data using advanced models and algorithms and translate findings into actionable business recommendations for management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop data models, reports, dashboards, graphs, and charts to communicate findings.
  • Present analytical results and recommendations to project managers, business leads, and senior leadership.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, costs, and performance.
  • Provide regular status reporting and data-driven insights to support project and business decisions.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, workstream sponsors, and business stakeholders.
VHA Systems Experience
