In addition to coding, they often lead frontend projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless user experiences. Their role also includes optimizing web performance and adhering to best practices in accessibility and usability.

Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git), frontend build tools, testing libraries, and possibly certifications like AWS Certified Developer are typically important. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset are crucial soft skills for excelling in this role. These skills ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable user interfaces that meet both technical and business requirements.
