Responsibilities

  • #1 Priority – Build great software that our customers and users will love.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and architecture of our Sales Platform and Data solutions.
  • Drive architectural decisions within the team, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, performant, and secure.
  • Lead code reviews and develop automated tests to uphold code quality, maintainability, and team standards.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Apply and champion security best practices across the platform.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices; evaluate and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage and define best practices for AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of professional software development experience, with a track record of designing, building, and optimizing scalable solutions.
  • Deep expertise in modern web development technologies, including React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages is a plus.
  • Expertise in the AWS ecosystem, including compute (EC2, Lambda, ECS), storage (S3, DynamoDB, RDS), and networking.
  • Demonstrated commitment to software quality, performance optimization, and continuous delivery using CI/CD practices.
  • Expertise in AI-assisted development tools and best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive high-quality architectural decisions using established patterns and industry best practices.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership within a team.
  • Strong commitment to software quality, performance optimization, and continuous delivery.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
