  • Support the RF-ITV strategic messaging campaign by connecting headquarters-level priorities with unit-level operational experience; use customer engagements, briefings, training, and field observations to reinforce the operational value of ITV, identify where customer understanding or employment can be strengthened, and surface requirements that may inform future capability and investment decisions.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with INDOPACOM headquarters and unit-level customers; brief stakeholders on RF-ITV capabilities, operational performance, emerging requirements, and mission impacts; and communicate customer insights and opportunities to program leadership.
  • Coordinate response to system outages, applying appropriate troubleshooting techniques, effective use of customer points of contact, cost-effective travel, and timely status updates in the Integrated Support System (ISS) tool.
  • Coordinate assigned quarterly preventive maintenance requirements, ensuring cost-effective travel, timely status updates in ISS, and quality deliverable maintenance reports.
  • Coordinate assigned survey, install, de-install and training missions, ensuring they are properly coordinated with customers, updated in ISS, and completed in a timely manner, including travel approval and quality of deliverable reports in ISS.
  • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for other FSEs as required, and contribute to consistent application of RF-ITV Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable program, Leidos, and customer policies.
  • Maintain compliance with monthly asset inventory reconciliation requirements and applicable Service Level Objectives, including the 100% SLO goal, as well as other taskings from program leadership.
  • Design, install, upgrade, replace, and maintain RFID hardware and software to integrate RFID nodes into the local military commands’ networks and ensure interoperability/sustainability.
  • Independently coordinate and perform Global Operations missions to include site surveys, installations, site de-installations, formal classroom training, and informal military exercise training, and provide customer-ready deliverable reports upon completion.
