Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our president. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to help drive efficiency across the organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, supporting the President and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time for the president
  • Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel spreadsheets, and other productivity software
  • Maintain accurate filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring quick retrieval of information when needed
  • Facilitate data entry tasks with high accuracy, supporting various administrative and operational projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or emai
  • Personal assistant responsibilities including travel arrangements, calendar management, and task prioritization for the president

Requirements

  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
