Description
Tharros has an immediate opportunity for an Executive Assistant with an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance, to provide comprehensive administrative and technical writing support to senior leadership. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Tharros provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • With minimal guidance identify, collect, distill, organize, and maintain files of all critical program documents with rapid availability to the Government.
  • Provide support assistance in coordinating, organizing and scheduling meetings, and taking meeting notes and attendance.
  • Coordinate Staff packages and correspondence for program level taskings to the Directorate office.
  • Maintain calendar for SES (Senior Executive Service)/GO (General Officer) level clients
  • Manage travel for SES level client
  • Coordinate Visit Request for Directorate level visitors
Requirements
  • Requires an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years extensive experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, preferably in a federal government or military environment supporting GS15, GOFO/SES and above.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have demonstrated ability to draft, edit, and proofread a variety of documents, including reports and briefings. Skillful ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity, as well as format and style documents according to program standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
