Job Description: We are looking for a technical Sales Representative to join our EPC & Project Sales Division. In this role, you will target Solar EPCs, Data Center contractors, and industrial electrical contractors. This is a consultative sales role requiring the ability to manage medium-to-long sales cycles and coordinate complex specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ProjectBased Selling: Identify and secure largescale projects requiring Medium Voltage Transformers and Switchboards.
  • Technical Coordination: Work with internal engineering teams to interpret singleline diagrams and build accurate quotes.
  • Relationship Management: Build deep relationships with estimators, project managers, and engineers at major EPC firms.
  • Pipeline Growth: proactively hunt for new project bids and track them through the specification and construction phases.
  • Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, construction sales, or industrial equipment.
  • Salesforce experience is highly Desired
  • Ability to read or learn electrical specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage long sales cycles.
  • Experience with Solar, Data Center, or Oil & Gas projects is a plus.
