Our Sports and Civic Infrastructure team supports the planning and delivery of stadiums, arenas, recreation facilities, and municipal capital improvement projects. We work closely with public agencies, higher education institutions, and private developers to deliver transformative, community-focused assets.

As a Project Director, you will serve as the primary client executive and lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of complex stadium and municipal development projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through closeout.

  • Develop and oversee project budgets, financial models, and capital planning strategies
  • Guide project teams through preconstruction, design development, construction, and activation phases
  • Ensure alignment between project scope, schedule, budget, and client objectives
  • Lead procurement strategies for design, construction, and specialty consultants
  • Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and enforcement of project agreements
  • Evaluate and implement value engineering strategies to optimize cost, performance, and long-term asset value
  • Monitor project controls, reporting systems, and risk management strategies
  • Provide executive-level reporting to clients, boards, and governing entities
  • Oversee construction progress, quality control, and compliance with contract requirements
  • Lead project closeout and operational transition planning for stadium and municipal facilities
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, and long-term client relationship management
What We’re Looking For
  • 15+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, or construction leadership
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale stadiums, sports facilities, hospitality, multi-family high-rise, or complex municipal/public-sector projects
  • Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative representing public or private capital project stakeholders
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder capital programs from planning through execution
  • Strong background in master planning, programming, budgeting, design, and construction management
  • Deep understanding of project controls, construction documentation, sequencing, and delivery strategies
  • Experience managing public procurement processes, municipal stakeholders, and governance structures
  • Strong financial acumen, including capital planning, project budgets, and development feasibility
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, value engineering, and building/occupancy codes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
What Sets You Apart
  • You are a confident executive leader who thrives in high-profile, politically and operationally complex environments
  • You bring deep experience in managing stadiums and large civic or municipal capital programs
