We're looking for a talented Endpoint Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. This position will support a complex government client and will provide advanced endpoint engineering and escalation support in a modern enterprise environment. In this role, you will help manage endpoint architecture, advanced troubleshooting, and device lifecycle improvements across secure Windows environments.
Work Location:
Onsite – Work from one of our office locations.
Clearance: 
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex desktop and endpoint issues
  • Manage endpoint technologies including Intune, Autopilot, and co-managed devices
  • Design and support endpoint deployment, compliance, and configuration strategies
  • Troubleshoot advanced operating system, application, and hardware issues
  • Support patching, policy enforcement, and endpoint security initiatives
  • Assist with imaging, device provisioning, and lifecycle modernization efforts
  • Coordinate with Service Desk and infrastructure teams on recurring technical issues
  • Document engineering procedures, standards, and support artifacts
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of endpoint engineering or advanced desktop support experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in enterprise Windows environments
  • Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • MECM/SCCM co-management and device administration
  • Windows 11 enterprise support and configuration
  • Application deployment, endpoint compliance, and patching
  • Identity and policy management in enterprise environments
  • ServiceNow or comparable enterprise support tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification or equivalent

Salary Range
$90,000-$130,000
The posted salary range represents the anticipated compensation for this position. Final compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, years of directly relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance, contract requirements, and other business considerations.
