Pursuant to Federal Regulations at 20 CFR 656.10, notice is hereby given that VisiQuate, Inc. is filing an application for permanent alien labor certification for the following job opportunity:


Job title - Senior Director, DevOps


Job duties - Lead and manage the DevOps team supporting the application development of the clients' healthcare revenue cycle management. Support the team by working closely with cross functional teams like Client Engineering, Product Team, Platform Team in all aspects. Oversee the day-to-day activities and support the Company's site/software/applications platforms that service its clients including healthcare payor, provider, and technology organizations. Lead long term strategic planning and actively contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives. Responsible for effective staff management, including hiring and orientation, training, and development, workflow and performance management, and the promotion of an inclusive and innovative work environment. Work with management to develop and deliver a clear technology infrastructure strategy to support the Company's products and initiatives. Ensure industry best practice is being adopted in terms of Infrastructure Architecture; Continuous Delivery and Integration; Deployment; Security; 3rd-level Support and Test automation. Manage infrastructure and development operations for the team and ensure that all work meets user and commercial objectives, is delivered on time, to budget and to the quality standards agreed. Execute the agreed upon technology strategy. Establish and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships. Develop, define and implement guidelines and standards. Hybrid work allowed. 10% domestic and international travel required.


Education and Experience Required - Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management or closely related field, plus 4 years of experience in DevOps engineering within the US healthcare revenue cycle domain.


Alternate Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management or closely related field, plus 7 years of experience in DevOps engineering within the US healthcare revenue cycle domain. Background - 1) 3 years of experience working for a healthcare provider, payer, or a healthcare technology organization, with direct exposure to at least one of the following U.S. healthcare revenue workflows: claims (837), remits (835), denials, receivables, or EHR/RCM systems. 2) 3 years of experience leading DevOps teams. 3) 3 years of experience managing remote teams or staff in different locations. 4) 3 years of experience in software engineering discipline, including all of the following: fault-tolerant, highperformance, and cloud-native systems for SaaS industry. 5) 3 years of experience in DevOps continuous integration, testing, and deployment. 6) 4 years of experience interpreting stakeholder requirements and transforming them into structured DevOps architecture blueprints and documentation to guide system design and delivery. 7) 3 years of experience expanding and converting client use cases into platform-wide requirements. 8) 4 years of experience using Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software products.


Location - Santa Rosa, CA. Hybrid work allowed.

Rate of pay - $215,322 - $220,000 per year
