Senior Electromechanical Engineer - Position Summary
This role focuses on the development of complete product systems and individual components within an advanced product development and manufacturing environment. The position involves complex electromechanical system design, systems integration, and hands-on support of new and custom products for industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Define project requirements to resolve product and process challenges.
  • Conduct technical investigations and prepare design specifications, analyses, and recommendations for management approval.
  • Design and support prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial electromechanical products with an emphasis on quality and manufacturability.
  • Provide technical leadership in product development and design for manufacturing.
  • Design, prototype, and refine complex electromechanical systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including system layouts, component specifications, and calibration procedures.
  • Utilize CAD and CAE tools for design and analysis.
Required Skills and Attributes
  • Strong expertise in electromechanical design and system integration.
