Highly accomplished Senior Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a strong foundation in instrumentation and control systems, specifically for turbomachinery. Possessing in-depth knowledge of instrumentation and controls, PLC, DCS, and LabVIEW platforms, coupled with practical experience in SolidWorks. Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.(minimum)
  • Experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with 7-9 years of proven expertise in the design of electrical schematics, control panels, and instrumentation and controls systems.
  • A preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience within the Turbo-Expander or Pump System Engineering or Manufacturing environment, including the design of rotating equipment, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as this role requires seamless coordination across Projects, Proposals, Estimation, Sales, and Process & Systems Departments, as well as with various engineering disciplines.
  • The ability to produce well-articulated technical reports, supported by relevant data and references, is critical.
  • A strong understanding of diverse equipment and instrumentation utilized in cryogenic plants is expected.
  • Demonstrated very good problem-solving skills are necessary, with the capacity to make independent decisions effectively.
  • The successful candidate will possess the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, operate independently, and have the flexibility to work partly from home.
  • Short-term travel, both locally or internationally may be required.
  • Very good knowledge in PLC and Labview.
  • Experience in electrical instrumentation and controls.
  • Experience with Solidworks.

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $125,000 - $155,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
