Job description

Mont-Royal Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Parts Clerk to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to our customers and supporting technicians and the internal team in the efficient management of parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the parts counter with professionalism.
Respond to technicians’ requests by ensuring the necessary parts are available quickly.
Locate, identify, and order automotive parts as needed.
Manage returns, exchanges, and warranties for parts.
Participate in inventory management: receiving, filing, stock verification, and cycle counts.
Ensure the marketing and promotion of parts and accessories.
Provide support and mentor junior clerks as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position at an automotive dealership (GM experience a plus).
In-depth knowledge of parts management systems and electronic catalogs. (SERTI, a plus)
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail, independence, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license.
