Le rôle
Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste financier sénior pour joindre une équipe corporative et contribuer à la consolidation financière, à l’analyse de performance et à l’amélioration continue des processus de reporting.

Responsabilités
Préparer les états financiers consolidés mensuels, trimestriels et annuels selon les normes ASPE.
Produire des tableaux de bord, rapports financiers et outils d’analyse destinés à la haute direction, au conseil et aux prêteurs.
Réaliser des analyses d’écarts et de tendances afin d’identifier les risques, opportunités et leviers de performance.
Participer à l’optimisation des processus, des contrôles internes et des cycles de reporting.
Soutenir les audits, les obligations réglementaires et divers projets corporatifs.
Offrir un soutien technique et du mentorat à l’équipe comptable.

Profil recherché
Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
Titre CPA requis.
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, idéalement en cabinet et en entreprise.
Excellente connaissance des normes ASPE, de la consolidation et du reporting financier.
Excel avancé requis. La connaissance de Microsoft D365 Business constitue un atout.
Solides capacités d’analyse, sens de l’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités.

Senior Financial Analyst - Montreal

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a corporate team and contribute to financial consolidation, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with ASPE.
Develop dashboards, financial reports, and analytical tools for senior leadership, the Board, and lenders.
Perform variance and trend analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
Support audits, regulatory requirements, and various corporate finance projects.
Provide technical support and mentorship to the accounting team.

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA designation required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in both public accounting and industry.
Strong knowledge of ASPE, consolidation, and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with Microsoft D365 Business is an asset.
Strong analytical skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
This position requires the daily use of fluent English for international interaction.
