Description
Kick-start your career in the oil & gas industry with AES Drilling Fluids! We're looking for a Plant Operations Support Associate to join our team and support the daily operations of our plant facility. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable industrial experience, build essential skills, and work alongside seasoned operations professionals.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with blending, packaging, and transferring drilling fluids and related materials
  • Support daily plant operations, including equipment setup and material handling
  • Safely operate or learn to operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pumps, and valves (training provided)
  • Load and unload bulk materials and maintain organized inventory
  • Label products, assist with shipping and receiving, and complete daily documentation
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized plant environment
  • Participate in safety briefings and follow company safety procedures at all times

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in college (preferred majors: Engineering, Industrial Tech, Logistics, or related fields)
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in active warehouse or outdoor environments
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • No prior experience required - training will be provided
  • Reliable and safety-conscious, with a willingness to learn and follow instructions
