Join us as a Move-in Coordinator to oversee all transitions within Continuing Care. In this role, you will serves as the primary contact for residents, family members, and nursing staff during moves in, out, and within the building.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $22 / hr

How you will make an impact

  • Managing all activities related to moves in, out, and within Continuing Care.
  • Supporting residents through the process, resolving issues, and meeting special needs as they arise.
  • Verifying financial information and providing an application for resident approval.
  • Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety.
  • Developing referral network within the community for available services
  • Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents

What you will need

  • Experience in Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Assisted Living Facility (ALF), or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
  • Knowledge of health care/insurance industries and health care delivery systems
  • Some weekend, holiday, or on-call work may be required
