We are currently seeking a BPO Senior Director to join our team.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Director to lead our BPS Banking & Financial Services (BFS) industry domain. This executive-level role is ideal for a strategic leader who excels in operational oversight, client engagement, organizational leadership, and business growth. The Senior Director will guide multiple departments, drive strategic initiatives, manage large-scale client programs, and serve as a thought leader within NTT DATA.
**Must Live in Continental United States**

Salary for this role is $160,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Operations
  • Provide direction, guidance, and oversight for operations, administration, and results across a major department or multiple departments.
  • Establish operational objectives for managers and professional teams across assigned business areas.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic and operational business plans for the department.
  • Make critical decisions that directly impact financial operations, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Advise executive leadership teams on evolving market conditions and needed internal adjustments.

Client & Engagement Management
  • Lead and manage staff for large, complex client engagements within the BFS industry.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, interpersonal ability, and client relationship management.
  • Act as a business leader for new business development, sales support, and delivery of new client engagements.
  • Serve as an internal and external expert in addressing complex organizational business challenges.

People Leadership
  • Model exceptional communication, influence, and leadership capabilities.
  • Build and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Provide mentorship and organizational guidance to managers and senior professionals.

Operational & Financial Acumen
  • Apply expert knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Own budgeting, financial management, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Develop complex operational and strategic plans that support long-term business success.
  • P&L Growth responsibility.

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to physically perform general office duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Commitment to supporting the BPS BFS Industry Domain.
  • Proven experience to balance revenue objectives with customer needs, resulting in sustained client relationships

Qualifications
Required
  • 15 years of relevant industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 7 years of managerial or leadership experience overseeing teams or departments.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale client programs and business operations.
  • Expertise in project management, consulting methodologies, and operational execution.
  • Graduate degree (MBA or related field).
  • Experience within the BPS BFS domain or related financial services sectors.

Remote Working and Technology Requirements

Technology
  • NTT DATA will provide a computer and headset for remote work.
  • Employees are responsible for the care and security of all equipment provided. They must return it immediately upon separation from the company following company protocols.

  • Individuals must provide their own high speed internet access with speeds at or above 50 Mbps.
  • A hard-wired ethernet connection is required. Wi-Fi, mobile, wireless and public internet connections are forbidden as are connections outside of one's personal dwelling or location.

Technical Performance and Issue Tracking
  • Management monitors all technical issues and agent downtime. Consistent availability is critical to business operations.
  • Remote employees must adhere to all technical support procedures and protocols.
  • Chronic connectivity issues or recurring downtime that impede job performance, including internet outages, may result in the remote status changing to onsite.

Remote Workspace
Remote work demands a high degree of professionalism, self-discipline, and accountability. The following workspace standards are vital to delivering exceptional service.
  • Employees must have a dedicated, professional workspace conducive to servicing Customer Service customers with the same quality as an onsite environment.
  • The workspace must be a permanent, unencumbered location used daily for work.
  • Employees must work with minimal distractions that do not interfere with business operations or service delivery.
  • Ideally, the workspace is isolated from other household members and used exclusively for job duties.
  • Background noise, interruptions from people or pets, and other distractions must be kept to an absolute minimum to avoid disruptions to customer service.
  • Employees must work from the same location consistently unless prior approval is obtained.
  • If a change in work location is necessary:
  • The new location must meet all Remote Workspace and Technology Requirements.
