  • Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), brokerage platforms, dispatch systems, or other transportation technology.
  • Demonstrated understanding of brokerage operations, shipment lifecycle management, carrier procurement, pricing, dispatch, tracking, settlement, and exception management.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery from concept through launch.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Preferred Experience

  • Automotive logistics, finished vehicle logistics (FVL), or vehicle transportation.
  • Digital freight brokerage or technology-enabled logistics brokerage.

  • Digital marketplaces, self-service platforms, APIs, integrations, or workflow automation.
  • AI and automation solutions within logistics or transportation
