  • Strong background in surface preparation, grinding, or concrete polishing
  • Deep knowledge of equipment, tooling, and jobsite applications
  • Proven success in vendor negotiations and relationship management
  • Experience training, developing, and influencing sales teams
  • Ability to lead both directly and through influence in a multi-location environment

Responsibilities of the Product Manager
Category Leadership & Growth
  • Develop and execute product assortment, pricing strategy, and vendor partnerships
  • Identify market gaps and expand product offerings
  • Lead the development and rollout of company-branded equipment
    Vendor & Brand Management
  • Negotiate pricing, programs, and terms with manufacturers
  • Manage and grow relationships with key partners (Bartell, Lavina, Husqvarna, etc.)
  • Optimize product mix and positioning across all locations
    Team Development & Enablement
  • Train and develop sales teams across all locations on equipment and systems
  • Provide technical expertise and field support to drive confidence and performance
  • Influence store-level sales teams through training, ride-alongs, and coaching
  • Build scalable training programs, SOPs, and sales playbooks
  • Recruit and lead specialized equipment/surface prep sales talent as the division grows
