Job description

Senior Product Manager - Collision
DRiV US & Canada
Reports to: Vice President, Product & Content
Location: U.S. / Canada
Travel: Approximately 20%
About the Role
DRiV is seeking a high-performing Senior Product Manager - Collision, to establish and accelerate DRiV's growth in the North American Collision market. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product & Content, this role will own the development and execution of the Collision business strategy across product, supply chain, content, distribution, and customer development.
The successful candidate will operate as a business builder-identifying market opportunities, developing the right product portfolio, closing coverage gaps, ensuring supply and content readiness, and working closely with Sales and customers to drive market adoption and revenue growth.
The ultimate objective is to establish DRiV as a premium supplier to the U.S. & Canadian Collision market and ensure DRiV's applicable product lines-including brands such as Monroe and MOOG-gain meaningful market traction.
Key Responsibilities
1) Develop and execute DRiV's North American Collision growth strategy, including revenue, margin, coverage, customer, and market-share objectives.
2) Identify market opportunities and prioritize new product coverage and NPI based on market size, vehicle population, competitive coverage, customer demand, and profitability.
3) Own the Collision product roadmap and identify portfolio gaps, opportunities, and rationalization priorities.
4) Develop relationships with key Collision distributors, warehouse distributors, MSOs, repair networks, and strategic customers.
5) Partner with Sales to develop customer strategies, line reviews, presentations, launches, and business growth plans.
6) Ensure appropriate supply-chain readiness, including inventory, forecast, fill rate, availability, lead times, and launch requirements.
7) Partner with Catalog & Content to ensure accurate application data, product attributes, interchange, images, pricing, inventory, and electronic content across relevant Collision platforms.
8) Monitor competitive products, pricing, coverage, market trends, vehicle parc, ADAS, EVs, and evolving collision repair requirements.
9) Develop financial models, business cases, revenue forecasts, margin plans, and ROI analyses for growth initiatives.
10) Lead cross-functional execution across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Catalog & Content.
Establish and monitor KPIs for revenue, margin, coverage, availability, content quality, customer adoption, and new product performance.
Key Requirements
5-10+ years of progressive experience in automotive aftermarket Product Management, Category Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial function.
Collision aftermarket experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of automotive aftermarket products, distribution, and customer dynamics.
Demonstrated success developing and launching new products and/or expanding product coverage.
Ability to analyze and manage complex products, vehicle/application, sales, pricing, margin, and market datasets.
Strong business and financial acumen with experience developing business cases and growth plans.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or other analytics/BI platforms preferred.
Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated bias toward action, accountability, and results.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
Collision distributors | MSOs | Body shops | Insurance/DRP environment | CCC | Mitchell | Audatex/Solera | PartsTrader | CAPA | Collision product data | Electronic parts procurement
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6-12 months, the Senior Product Manager will have established a clear Collision growth strategy, built a prioritized product and coverage roadmap, strengthened distributor/customer relationships, improved supply and content readiness, launched targeted new coverage, and delivered measurable revenue and market-share growth.
This is an opportunity to build a business-not simply manage a product line. The successful candidate will help shape DRiV's position in the Collision market and create a scalable foundation for long-term growth across the company's applicable product portfolio.
An Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
