Job description

Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional®. At Kimberly-Clark, it’s all here for you—innovation, growth, and the chance to make a real impact.

You’re not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. Because we’re out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference. Here, you’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.

About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

In this Digital Marketing Specialist role, you will support Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) North America's business by planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven B2B digital marketing campaigns that generate demand, accelerate the sales funnel, and drive revenue growth. A significant focus of this role is paid media strategy and execution, including hands-on campaign management across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. You will leverage KCP's marketing technology ecosystem to manage digital media investments, establish campaign KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize programs to maximize ROI. Working closely with Integrated Marketing leaders, creative partners, and external platform partners, you will help shape multichannel campaigns that connect paid media, email, lead generation, marketing automation, and analytics into a cohesive customer journey. This is an opportunity for a digital marketing professional with hands-on paid media experience who enjoys a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where testing, learning, and continuous improvement are valued.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Senior Digital Marketing Manager on data, technology, media and execution.

  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including needs assessment, creative and content coordination, project management, approvals, and measurement for events, while supporting Integrated Marketing campaigns for top ABP priorities.

  • Analyze trends, performance data, and campaign results to identify areas for improvement.

  • Research keywords, target audiences, and competitors to inform campaign strategy.

  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.

  • Manage advertising budgets and devise bid strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, while supporting email marketing and lead generation initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop impactful demand generation, nurture, funnel acceleration, and conversion-focused campaigns.

  • Assist in building flexible end-to-end lead nurturing and sophisticated scoring models that trigger automated sub-campaigns and lead alerts to sales.

  • Work with Marketing Automation manager on multichannel integrated campaigns that incorporate email targeting, lead generation web forms, nurture flows, and automation using the Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform.

  • Establish marketing KPIs and ROI metrics to benchmark campaign performance goals and identify ongoing improvement opportunities.

  • Coordinate content and collateral development for marketing campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital media, email and automation.

  • Experience developing/managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce.

  • Direct experience with Salesforce.com or similar systems (MS Dynamics etc.)

  • Proficiency in Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube.

  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup and deployment using CRM platforms or email deployment engines.

  • Experience conducting paid media campaigns directly or through media buying platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
