• Partner with integrated marketing, product marketing, sales, analytics, agencies, and external platform partners to execute digital growth initiatives and improve customer paths from discovery to conversion.
• Test and scale new digital growth opportunities, tools, and external sites that can expand reach, improve engagement, and support measurable business growth.

• BA/BS degree; advanced education and/or relevant coursework preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital growth, performance marketing, eCommerce, or digital platform roles, preferably in B2B technology, industrial, electronics, or distribution-related industries.
• Strong understanding of B2B digital customer journeys, especially how engineers, buyers, and target accounts search for, evaluate, and engage with technical products and solutions online.
• Results-oriented, with a growth mindset and the ability and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proven success in fast-paced and matrixed organizations
• Hands-on experience with digital growth channels and tactics, including paid search, paid and organic social, engineering/community sites, component search platforms, distributor websites, and other external digital promotion channels.
• Experience supporting eCommerce growth initiatives, including traffic generation, product promotion, online customer journeys, digital merchandising, distributor or partner platforms, and conversion improvement.
• Proficient in mainstream digital platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, SEMrush or similar SEO/SEM tools, social advertising platforms, MS Office, and mainstream AI platforms and tools.
