JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
REPORTS TO: Administrator
LOCATION: Princeton, NJ (On-the-road/local territory)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our home care agency by building and maintaining strategic referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and senior living communities. This role requires strong sales skills, local networking, and a passion for serving seniors and families needing care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Execute a sales and marketing plan to increase referrals.
    Conduct at least 50 outreach calls/visits per week.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    Build relationships with healthcare and community referral sources.
    Maintain lead activity and reporting through CRM.
    Provide daily/weekly updates to the Administrator.
    Support local events and digital/social media outreach.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    Fresher or Home Care marketing and sales or healthcare business development experience.
    Knowledge of home care, eldercare services, or healthcare systems is strongly preferred.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    Full time: 40 hours/week, 5 days a week.
    Payrate: $90โ€“$110/week, on the basis of experience.
