What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
As a Senior Design Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of new product development-turning concepts into high-performing, manufacturable solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to new product development (NPD) projects from concept through launch
  • Design and model components and assemblies using SolidWorks (3D CAD)
  • Develop innovative HVAC product designs focused on performance, cost, and manufacturability
  • Apply engineering analysis and testing to validate and improve designs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, materials, and product teams
  • Facilitate design reviews and present concepts and solutions
  • Create detailed drawings and documentation aligned with engineering standards
